Clinical and Dispensing Audiologist

Lori graduated with both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in Springfield, MO. She completed her master’s degree in Audiology in 1997. Her work experience includes a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, ENT clinics, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. Lori has worked extensively with both adult and pediatric populations. She has been with Head and Neck Surgical Associates since moving to the Kansas City area in 2004. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and gardening.

Lori’s area of specialty is Aural Rehabilitation (learning to hear better with amplification), Adult Diagnostics, Amplification and Assistive Listening Devices. She strives to provide exceptional care and outstanding customer service for her clients. Her goal is simple: for people to hear the very best they can, a task she accomplishes by educating her patients about hearing loss and hearing instrument technology, thereby providing them with realistic expectations about the benefits and limitations of amplification. Lori is dedicated to empowering her patients with the knowledge and understanding needed to be successful hearing aid users. She truly believes that every person can become a successful and happy hearing instrument user.
